Great design goes way beyond UI – it’s about uncovering problems to identify opportunities, exploring solutions driven by data and the latest technology. I am passionate about crafting strategic product improvements that bring positive changes in user behavior and business metrics.
Collaboration and user involvement are at the core of my work. I involve stakeholders through various methods I combine from Basecamp’s Shape Up, This is Service Design Doing, The Design Sprint and Gamestorming.
During product discovery, I immerse myself in the domain, business, and problem space. I often revisit Inspired to shape my approach.
